Shipping Policy
Orders are packed or delivered within the shortest possible time based on product availability. In case there are any delays, it may be as a result of circumstances beyond our control.


Delivery Service
Order as much as demanded.  We also do doorstep delivery for orders within the Greater Vancouver and Victoria Island catchment area using delivery Vans. We also provide priority shipping when requested and we use all reliable postal and delivery services.

International Shipping
At Wankae, some products are not shipped internationally, while other products are shipped internationally. At the check-out  point, that distinction is made. Products not shipped internationally are restricted to limited Area or Country Only shipment. Wankae is not liable for products not shipped internationally.

Shipping and Delivery in your Absence
In your absence, the shipping and or delivery agent, e.g., Canada Post, UPS,FEDEX will leave the package in a secure location at your shipping/delivery address if that is possible. However, if there is no safe location at your provided shipping/delivery address, the shipping or delivery agent will leave further instructions letting you know how to contact them to receive your package within a given time frame or a number to reschedule another delivery.

Consequently, if several delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to Wankae. If your parcel is brought back to us unclaimed, Wankae will contact you to have the package shipped again with an extra shipping charge, or Wankae will refund the cost of the product purchased less the shipping fees.

Note that all shipping under Free shipping are automatically reverted to ground shipping delivery dates as stated on product page.

Incorrect Address
The customer is liable for making sure that the shipping address entered at the time of purchase is accurate. Wankae is not responsible or accountable for orders shipped to wrong addresses. If the package returns to Wankae, we will try to reach you to correct your address before a subsequent delivery attempt is made, and you will need to pay for us to ship again. You will also have the option of a refund less shipping fees if that is your preference. You will still be made to pay for our original shipping costs and the return shipping charges. Delivery Days:

The days stated in the delivery tab is the anticipated range of days that products could be delivered, meaning from 5-12 days, will mean the products could be delivered any day from 5 days till the 12th day. We work with suppliers around the world to source high-quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items with one to five days of receiving an order from that point it takes 10-days for items to arrive depending on where the products are sourced from and hence the different delivery dates. As soon as your product ships you will receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

However under some unforeseen circumstances products might exceed the expected maximum days given and Wankae will not be liable for that but in these circumstances customers may be notified.

Options for Payments
Wankae receives Visa (debit/credit), MasterCard, American Express and PayPal as options for payments online. We also accept payments through telephone orders, Personal cheques, and direct debit (PAD).

For maximum protection, we do not store your credit card information after your purchase, unless you’ve approved us to do so through the Subscription Agreement Program.

Non-Online Payment Option

Payments made using Cheque
Wankae is delighted to provide another payment method by allowing our valued customers to make payments using cheques. To pay by physical cheques, please call us on our hotline using the number 1-866-530-2034 to enable you to make your order. Your order will be held as incomplete or pending until your cheque for the full amount is received, honored and cleared. Please note that banks take time to process these cheques, for most cases cheques take within 3 to 5 working days. It is, however, important to note that orders cannot be shipped until your cheque is fully cleared.

Returns Policy

Return made easy

We accept returns, however with just a few exceptions. If delivered products are not what you ordered for, with regards to specification and size, you can return it on the condition that returned Items or products are unopened and in the same state of sale or delivery, if products were damaged before delivery, you will need to send a picture of the damaged goods. However, for sanitary reasons, returns must be done within 1-15 days  after the day of delivery . For hygienic purposes, Wankae is not able to accept returns of any products, opened or unopened not returned within the stated time frame. This policy ensures the cleanliness of all products in our storage facilities and also for public health reasons. Please note that Wankae will not accept Third Party products as returns at this period. You must return the product directly to the Third Party Seller if the product is eligible for a return. Mainly because each Third Party Seller on has its return policy, which might differ from Wankae’s corporate return policy; however third party return policy can be found on their website as will be indicated with the product at the point of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
